Dec 1/24 – Price adjustments made for 2024; 2025 will see the single visit price raise by $5.00.  All other fees will continue at the rates set today for 2024.  We are aware of the security PHP issue with the website; an update is currently pending.

Feb 25/22  –  We are adjusting our prices once more now that 2022 has rolled around.  Feel free to reach out with any questions should you have any.

July 17/21 – We are finally reopening our services!  All of our cat caretakers are fully vaccinated with both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.  Some pricing has been adjusted to reflect inflation costs over the year.  We are looking forward to seeing you and your furbabies again!

May 9/20 – Apologies for the delayed update.  Due to COVID-19 precautions, we are not taking on new clients at this time.  We will let you know when this changes.

February 10/18 – Just a reminder that our new prices are now in effect, and a happy upcoming Valentine’s Day to you and all your feline loved ones.

November 7/18 – Important note – prices will be increasing for any visits booked as of January 1, 2019.  The base visit rate will be increasing from $25 to $30, and the overnight rate will be increasing from $100 to $110 .  All other fees remain the same.  Any visits booked for November and December will be honoured at current pricing – but it’s almost holiday season and availability is going fast!

November 19/17 – We are currently VERY limited with our holiday availability, so if you need someone over the winter holidays, please inquire as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate you and your cats!

June 18/17 – It’s been far too long since I’ve last updated hasn’t it!  We now have twitter and instagram, keeping up with the times and all!  Our twitter is @hhcatcare and our instagram is @happyhomecatcare  Give us a follow for updates as well as pictures of our beautiful kitty clientele!

May 20/ 16 – We have added claw trims for $25.00 per cat!  There have also been further changes in pricing to improve consistency in medication fees as well as reflect hours worked for overnights.  We are in the process of  qualifying our service area and will be focusing on the Leaside/Don Mills communities, as well as further eastward near Danforth Avenue.  Previous and current clients outside the new service areas will be exempt from the additional outside service area fees up until the beginning of August, 2016, when the new prices will kick in and the service area is finalized.  Stay tuned for an updated service area map as well as more website changes, including the integration of the news and updates to the homepage of this site.

March 12/16 – Easter is coming up in just a few weeks – be sure to call soon if you would like cat sitting services on Easter weekend as the slots do fill up fast!  A happy Easter and Passover to those celebrating. Also a belated note of loss – Elizabeth, our site’s mascot at the top of the page, passed away just before the 2016 new year.  She is very much missed and will remain in our hearts as the queenly, sassy and loving spirit she was.

October 16th/15 – It’s almost Halloween!  Happy Samhain to those who celebrate.  Some important information regarding Christmas Holidays – Renee will not be available for at least a week or more during the Christmas holidays due visiting relatives in BC.  Associates may have limited availability but we cannot guarantee.  There will absolutely be no services available from Renee on December 24th, 25th or 26th and surrounding days before and after this year.  Also, the base prices have been updated from $20.00 per visit to $25.00 per visit.  Overnights have now increased to $60.00 per visit.  The last base price updates were two years ago.  All other pricing remains the same.

June 24/15 – Happy Pride Toronto! A few updates – there are new testimonials up on the review pages.  Also, more limited associate availability dates (Renee will not be available, and other associates may or may not be available) – July 10-13th, as well as July 31-Aug 3rd.

 April 21/15 – Summer is coming, and with that there are a few dates coming up to which there will be limited associate availability (Renee will not be available, and other associates may or may not be available) – May 22-24th, and July 9-13th.

October 7/14 – There have been some updates and clarifications with regards to pricing and rates – please take a look at the main page for details, as prices and calculations have changed.  A reminder that the winter holidays are coming up soon, and to book sooner than later during that time as I do fill up quickly.

June 9/14 – Two announcements!  Firstly, Happy Home Cat Care is participating in Kitty Cat Cafe’s Raffle; you could win 2 free cat care visits!  You can visit Kitty Cat Cafe’s indiegogo campaign HERE to get your raffle tickets, and learn more about their upcoming cat cafe.  Second announcement – Renee will not be available to provide visits between August 10-August 17.  One of her associates may still be able to provide visits – please email to find out availability should you need visits during this time.

October 6/13 –  If you are looking for any sort of holiday care for the upcoming winter holiday season for your cats, please contact me sooner than later as it is my busiest time of year and space is limited!  A note that overnight visits have been reserved and will not be available during the dates of Dec 23/13-Jan 6/14.

Additionally, I am going on vacation between Nov 9/13 to Nov 13/13 – if you need cat care during that time, please e-mail or call as soon as possible and I will see if one of my associates is available to provide cat care in my absence.

July 13/13  – Just a reminder/announcement to everyone that I will be out of the city between July 14-21st inclusive and will not be answering phonecalls.  I will respond to emails but they may be delayed due to vacation plans.

April 7/13– I hope everyone had a wonderful spring holiday!  A note on availability: I will be unavailable for cat sitting services from May 24-May 26 inclusive.  After that it will be business as usual.

March 8/13 – I have added another entry to the customer reviews page, and have plans to set up a serviceable area page in the future.  I may set up an FAQ page if I deem it necessary, but as always I am happy to answer any and all questions on an individual basis.

February 26/13 – It has been a wonderfully busy time for me and I thank you all for your business thus far.  I have made some minor increases to my pricing to reflect prices in line with other cat care services – I now charge $20.00/visit and $50.00 per overnight stay.  Those clients who have already arranged visits with me will be charged at the old rate we agreed on.

You may also see some new faces on the website in the hopefully not-too-distant future, as I am hoping to add other cat caretakers to expand our availability and serviceable area.

January 7/13 – Happy New Year Everyone!  I am back in Toronto and once again taking on cat care clients.  I hope everyone had a wonderful break!
