Happy Home Cat Care provides quality, friendly cat sitting in the east side of Toronto.  Your cat will be relaxed in its home environment while having their immediate needs met, as well as exercise and tender loving care.  Our cat caretaker Renee and her associates are especially fond and intuitive of cats of all ages.

Pricing

Single Visits, up to 3 cats: $45.00 per visit.  Additional fee of $5.00 per cat over three cats.  Timing is 20-60 minutes in length.

Additional fee of $5.00 per cat, per visit over three cats.

Medication Administration:  $10.00 per visit for any powder, topical or capsule medication; $20.00 per visit for any injections.

Holidays: If you wish to have cat sitting on a statutory holiday, there is an additional fee of $15.00 per visit per stat day, as well as additional fees $15.00 per weekend surrounding stat holidays.

Last Minute Bookings: If you are booking a visit that will occur less than 72 hrs from when you contact us, an additional $30.00 will be applied.

Outside Service Area:  If you fall outside of our service area we may still be able to accommodate you for an additional fee based on distance outside our service area.  Please contact us via phone or e-mail for a cat sitting quote based on your area. Prices increase west of Yonge Street, north of Sheppard Ave and east of Kennedy Road.

*NEW* Claw Trim:  If you would like your cats’ claws trimmed during a visit, it is an additional $30.00 per cat.

Included in Visit

Your cat(s)’ basic visit includes food, water, litter changing, playtime and treats (should you wish to provide). Email updates regarding cats’ well-being, mail collection and watering the occasional plant/feeding the occasional fish are included within reason.

Service Area

At present, we operate east of Yonge Street and South of Sheppard.  Clients wishing services west of Yonge and North of Sheppard are welcome to inquire regarding are services, but please be aware there will be an added fee based on distance.

Booking A Consult

In order to best assess the type of services you will need for your cats, our caretaker or an associate will meet with you and your cats for a consultation.  This way you can see if we are a good fit for you and your cat(s), as well as determine the scheduling and cost of your needs.  Any questions you may have are welcome and encouraged.

Overnight or Live-In Pet Services

We can no guarantee regular availability for overnight/ live in cat care services.  Inquiries are welcome; selective arrangements may be possible with some associates.

Payment and Deposit for Services 

Once you have decided to book with us, you have the option of paying via online banking E-transfer, cheque or cash in Canadian funds.  The deposit required to secure your dates is 50% of your total quoted cost.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your services or modify the number of visits after booking with us, we will provide a full refund up to 7 days before the start of your first visit.  Less than 7 days and your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable and you will be issued a refund of 50% of the total cost, or otherwise if you are modifying your visits and not canceling outright.
